SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Shipping policy

We ship orders from Monday through Friday and our warehouse is closed on weekends. We try our best to get your order out as quickly as possible, but orders can take up to two to three business days to process before leaving our warehouse. Some orders may take longer than 3 days to process and those customers will be notified via phone or email.  *Please note those process times are how long it takes us to receive your order, get it ready, and package it on our end to ensure a safe delivery on your end*  *Please account for the additional time it takes for shipping* 

We typically don't like to mail our client's orders closer to the weekend due to it sometimes sitting in distribution.  We like to ship out so your package can get to you as quickly as possible without any time sitting around in the mail system.

If you need an item by a certain date, please call to check availability and shipping options prior to making a purchase to ensure you receive your package on time.

ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL OR UPS GROUND WITH TRACKING.

LARGE ORDERS MAY BE SHIPPED IN MULTIPLE BOXES.  WE WILL ALWAYS LET YOU KNOW WHAT CARRIER WE USED FOR YOUR ORDER & THE TRACKING NUMBER ASSOCIATED WITH IT.

 

HSE Pharms cannot be held liable for packages once they are marked as ‘delivered’ by the shipping carrier. If your package has been marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please reach out to the shipping carrier (USPS) or (UPS) for assistance.  We always send out packages with tracking numbers so you can track your order.  Once packages leave our facility, we are no longer responsible nor will we refund you if it's lost or stolen, as it now becomes the responsibility of the carrier company, and you will have to file a claim with them.  

YOU MUST BE 21 or older TO RECEIVE OUR PRODUCTS.  SOME PACKAGES WILL BE SIGNATURE ONLY.  IF NO ONE IS HOME TO SIGN, DELIVERY SERVICE WILL COME BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY.  IF SOMEONE STILL ISN'T THERE TO SIGN, THEN IT WILL BE DELIVERED TO THE NEAREST USPS OR UPS STORE WHERE YOU WILL HAVE TO THEN GO IN AND SHOW I.D. TO PICK UP YOUR PACKAGE.

Refund policy

Return:

 

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
